Priest - The Game

The Florida synth pop band - formerly known as X priest X - share a seismic cut from their debut album for Swedish label Emotion.

Last year, Florida duo Priest – then called X priest X – put out a sharp EP called 'Samurai' via Swedish label Emotion (who've released records by oOoOO, Karl X Johan, and more), filled with elegant tunes. And now here is The Game, the first song from their sure-to-be-dynamite first full-length.

The same seismic synth that was present on the 'Samurai' EP is here again, yet Priest, with their slightly new name, seem more defiant and self-assured than ever. The Game strides forward with focused confidence and potency, beaming at every turn, aglow and illuminated, vocally and sonically, a wafting wonder of subtlety. You really believe Madeline Priest when she sings, We'll always have tonight.

Emotion release Priest's debut album on May 5th 2015.
