Premiere: Korallreven - Limitless

A lingering ballad from the Cascine-signed Scandi pop duo.

Swedish synth pop duo Korallreven impressed back in 2011 with their debut 'An Album By Korallreven' put out through the great independent label Acéphale (if you need a starting point, lead single As Young As Yesterday was a highlight).

Now, they’ve switched over to Cascine for a new record called 'Second Comin’', which is out next month, including the prolific Cornelius and I Break Horses' Maria Lindén among its guest spots.

Having already shared the defiantly titled Death Is Not For Us and Spirit Away, here’s a third cut from the album called Limitless. Delicately reverbed piano strokes set up an M83-indebted pop ballad with gauzy vocals calling out hesitantly, Do you believe in this? on the chorus over ceremonial drums.
