Premiere: Snasen - 'Failing Upwards' EP

Following on from the premiere of Snasen’s Tilløp Til Dramatikk comes the ‘Failing Upwards’ EP. Snasen is one of a growing number of artists making the jump from a punk background to producing electronic music without dropping any of their early interest in noise and experimentation, but curiously, Snasen hails from Oslo, a place not usually associated with this shift. If Snasen’s tale is anything to go by, it would seem that the move in the noise community towards electronic music is part of a deeper global consciousness.
