Premiere: Jensen Sportag - After Gardens (Obey City remix)

Seriously lush new remix from the LuckyMe-signed New York producer, taking on Nashville duo Jensen Sportag.

Nashville duo Jensen Sportag's sort-of-debut album 'Stealth of Days', released on Cascine last month, has recently been receiving a few remixes. While one of those remixes has a rather high profile name attached to it in electronic composer Christian Fennesz, this new version of After Gardens is by someone who is a total star in our eyes.

Obey City is a New York-based producer and the man behind the city's party/label Astro Nautico, and his recent 'Champagne Sounds' EP for LuckyMe was seriously one of the most lush collections of club tracks to come out this year. His take on After Gardens is just as dreamy as his recent work, demonstrating his penchant for the sounds of '80s R&B, although his execution is far more modern.
