Possible Last.fm hack puts user's details in jeopardy

Whilst the social music website investigate a leak they strongly recommend users change their passwords.

After a suspected hack Last.fm have issued an announcement to all users today imploring them to ensure the password they use for the site is different from the one they use for other services. As part of an ongoing investiagation their they have recommended that all users take immediate action as a precautionary measure until more is known about the breach.

Updates on the situation will be made on the Last.fm Twitter account.
