Pay a quid to see Gilles Peterson and Throwing Snow

Gilles Peterson and Throwing Snow are set to play a show at London's Old Queen's Head on February 1st.

The Sunday show, presented by Red Bull Music Academy, is likely to scratch all your itches for funk, soul, disco, R&B, dusty house, and leftfield pop music. Warming up will be Throwing Snow, aka super-talented Houndstooth signee Ross Tones, who'll be playing a three-hour set.

Best of all, it costs a mere £1 to go to the show, so you get to dance to a lot of good music for the price of, say, a grab bag of Dorito's.

The night runs from 9pm to 1am.
