object blue, Ploy, Mount Kimbie play Dummy's stage at The Great Escape

With not long to go now until The Great Escape hits Brighton’s shores, we’re thrilled to unveil the line-up for our event at The Late Escape, the festival’s after-hours programme.

On Saturday 11th May, we’ll be hitting up Patterns to showcase some of the most exciting acts in the electronic game right now.

Fresh from dropping their heavily-spun DJ-Kicks mix, post-dubstep pioneers Mount Kimbie will be bringing their melodic electronics to the Brighton venue.

Joining them on the bill is object blue – someone we’ve had an eye on for some time (having named her as one of eight artists to watch in 2019), and she’ll no doubt be filling her record bag with some killer tracks.

Responsible for ‘Ramos’ (one of our favourite tracks of 2018), Timedance/Hessle Audio mainstay Ploy is set to bring his percussive wizardry to the venue.

Also scheduled to spin is Brighton-based DJ Danielle – who counts illustration alongside her fierce selecting talents that weave between leftfield, electro, new-wave, techno and beyond.

Finally, French-Icelandic producer Daniel Ness – having just dropped his ‘Shy’ EP – is completing the bill.
