Mount Kimbie to release remix package of 'Love What Survives' album

Mount Kimbie's Love What Survives album was lauded by fans and critics alike last year, so mush so that the duo are set to drop an anticipated remix package to the project. Set for release between May 4th and May 11th and split over two 12"s, the bundle explores four tracks that offer differing dancefloor twists on the album’s driving, visceral post-punk sound.

Set to appear in the package are techno king Marcel Dettmann, bassline junkie Gerd Janson and Berliner Ellen Allien, each offering a unique perspective on the best songs on the Love What Survives album.

First up, renowned DJ Nina Kraviz mutates album favourite 'Blue Train Lines' into an extended techno trip, with snippets of King Krule’s vocals circling the maelstrom. Listen below.
