Mount Kimbie drop Marcel Dettman remix of 'Four Years and One Day'

Hot on the heels of a run of b2b DJ sets with Actress throughout the UK and Europe, Mount Kimbie have dropped Marcel Dettmann’s remix of Four Years and One Day. The techno belter is lifted from their forthcoming Love What Survives Remixes, to be released as two 12”s on the 4th and 11th May. Also featured on the package are remixes from European club heavyweights Nina Kraviz, Ellen Allien and Gerd Janson.

 

Well-regarded DJ and producer Dettmann reworks the track to incorporate rumbling bass, bubbling percussion and screeching synths that make the original sound almost unrecognisable.
