Mount Kimbie announce NTS Residency with James Blake, King Krule, and more

Micachu, Connan Mockasin, James Holden, and Midland also play throughout September.

Mount Kimbie have announced their involvement in a month-long residency on London's NTS online station.

Kai Campos and Dominic Maker will take the reigns of the East London-based towers throughout September with the promise of airing new material and exclusive mixes. Mount Kimbie's last album was 2013's 'Cold Spring Fault Less Youth', which was released on Warp Records.

During their residency, Mount Kimbie have stated that weekly guests on the shows will include James Blake, King Krule, Midland, Micachu, James Holden, Connan Mockasin, and William Basinksi. "We’re really happy to announce we've been allowed behind the controls at NTS towers," says Kai. "We’ve called in 6 years worth of favours and got some lovely people coming on the show; King Krule, James Blake, Mica Levi, Connan Mockasin, James Holden, Midland and William Basinski will all be coming through at some point. We're very excited to be broadcasting from our favourite station in the world. Tune in."

Mount Kimbie's residency begins tomorrow (09/08) at 2 PM and will continue the 15th, 22nd, and 29th September. For more details, head to the NTS website.
