Mark McGuire has left Emeralds

Mark McGuire has left Emeralds. The announcement was made via Twitter, with fellow band member Steve Hauschildt tweeting: “It is with much regret that I announce Mark McGuire is no longer a member of Emeralds. We wish him only the best of luck.”

The prolific Cleveland trio, comprising of McGuire, Hauschildt and John Elliott, will continue to tour as a duo. It’s likely that the group’s individual members will continue releasing their numerous solo records and side projects – in the meantime, you can listen to Mark McGuire’s awesome A Matter Of Time, taken from 2011’s ‘Amethyst Waves’ LP, below.
