Laura Welsh - Undiscovered (Gilles Peterson remix)

Gilles Peterson doesn't often do remixes, so our curiosity is always piqued when he does put his name to something. Today it's a remix of Laura Welsh's Undiscovered – athough given that Welsh is already being tipped as "one to watch" next year, it's likely that a lot of people will disover her. Peterson seems to have his eyes set on the dancefloor, mostly axeing Welsh's original and replacing it with a sea of cowbells and sawing synth basslines. It leans towards '80s boogie, but it doesn't sound totally retro.
