Joe Goddard feat. Mara Carlyle - She Burns

Grizzly producer Joe Goddard has unveiled a new, vocal-led single. The slow-burning house track is, rather appropriately, titled She Burns. Following on from his previous solo single Gabriel it would seem that Goddard has taken quite a shine to folksy female singers on house tracks, possibly as an antidote to his more bloke-y work as The 2 Bears. It sounds like Moloko with a 2013 polish and strikes that same balance between tastefulness and pop inclinations that made Gabriel the success it was.
