about heat-soaked emotion. The Long Goodbye is a break-up song that, like Echoes before it, sways under The-Drum’s rich production and the trio’s loose harmonies and, despite a bit of the old R&B thug in a rapped verse, is more a slow wave than a middle finger. It’s the first song from their next EP, with an album expected out soon after.
