Jamie xx’s ‘Good Times’ shop opens in London.

The Mercury Prize nominee's pop-up store is open on Kingsland Road until Friday.


Jamie xx has brought his 'Good Times' pop-up store to London.

Located at 73 Kingsland Road, the Mercury Prize nominee's shop started on Friday (October 16th) and will be open for a whole week, closing its doors on Friday, October 23rd.

The temporary London branch follows a similar store opened in New York this summer that coincided with the release of Jamie xx's debut album 'In Colour', as well as his tour across the North American continent. Curated my the man himself, the workshop will sell "vinyl, art, clothing and more," with a selection of vinyl picks from Jamie's favourite local record shop Kristina Records.

Also, NTS Radio will broadcast a series of special events live from the store, with guests including Sampha, Powell, Benji B, and Oneman. The show schedules are as follows:

Monday 19th – 6-8pm – Melon Magic w/Powell
Tuesday 20th – 6-8pm – Sampha & Lil Silva
Wednesday 21st – 6-8pm – Oneman & Tic
Thursday 22nd – 4-6pm – Benji B & Tic
Friday 23rd – 6-8pm – Young Turks All Stars Shop
