Jacques Greene – Prism

Dutch producer Martyn played a new track by Jacques Greene on his Rinse FM show, as Playground reported, which apparently will be coming out on Martyn’s 3024 label at some point in the near future. You can now hear a radio rip of the track, which is entitled Prism, and is a far more muscular piece of work than what one might expect from the producer associated with cerebral glistening, R&B-tinged house. The swooning R&B vocals are still present and correct, but they’re wrapped up in pulsating percussion that beats far more insistently than his usual fare, and the whole thing is a pure dizzy flurry of late night adrenaline.
