Jacques Greene's latest track No Excuse saw the Canadian producer work on something closer to the skittering garage house-meets-repitched vocal sampling of his earliest productions (albeit sounding more accomplished, thanks to the extra years in the game). On this remix of the song, Kit Grill – the NTS Radio DJ, producer, and loose affiliate of Greene's label VASE who Greene has expressed admiration for before – drops the pace down a few notches and adds some romantic, fake strings.
