Inga Copeland & Martyn - A&E

If proof were ever needed that the concept of the ’30 second preview’ is flawed, then one only needs to hear the snippet of Inga Copeland’s new collaboration with Martyn. The short preview uploaded to Youtube flits along a killer, garage-y groove, with Copeland singing “I find it hard to find the means to carry on,” and then cuts off abruptly before a minute is over.

Thankfully, we shouldn’t have that long to wait for the full thing – the track will apparently appear on Copeland’s ‘DON’T LOOK BACK ,THAT’S NOT WHERE YOU’RE GOING’ next year. In the meantime, tide yourself over with yet another listen of Dean Blunt & Copeland’s ‘Black Is Beautiful’, one of our favourite records to have been released this year.
