Grouper and Jessica Rylan join Hype Williams, Bill Orcutt and many more for Tusk Festival

Over the second weekend in October, the city of Newcastle-upon-Tyne will host some of our favourite bands (and loads we’ve never heard of until now), including international musicians like Grouper, Hype Williams, Bill Orcutt alongside local bands like Bong, and many, many more. The full lineup’s below, and it will take place in city pubs the Cluny and the Star and Shadow, and will include talks, DJs, and (unsurprisingly for a noise festival) merch stands where you can buy rare tapes.
