The new single from Leeds-based band Fun Adults is one of their finest tracks yet, taking their cloying falsetto and slightly off-beat, earthy sound and making a wonderfully wobbly track out of it. With uneasy percussion offset by a sumptuous, soaring chorus, it’s a slice of folk-y pop with an unexpectedly sharp edge in the form of its little twists and turns and its spacious instrumentation.
