Fatima sets date for debut album 'Yellow Memories', sings beautifully

Stockholm-born, London-based singer Fatima will release her debut album on Eglo Records this May. Her lead up to this moment has been impressive – the track Phoneline with Funkineven was one of the funnest of 2012, and her latest singles Family and La Neta have helped to define her home-soul aesthetic – and things will be tied together nicely for 'Yellow Memories'.

News of the album comes with this video of Fatima performing a new ballad titled Gave Me My Name in session for Resident Advisor. The original version of the track, produced by Floating Points, will feature on the album – presumably alongside the aformentioned Family and La Neta. More details to come when we have them.
