Dummy Presents: Cruel Rhythm at Ace Hotel London

Joining us for the last Dummy Presents party in London this July are Cruel Rhythm. Established in 2011, they’ve been keeping up the pace over the past five years and join us in the Ace Hotel basement with some promising acts.

Hailing from Hastings, the talents of singer-songwriter Sam Wills have been in the making for the past decade. Now 23 years old and boasting skills as a professionally trained vocalist and pianist – he’s spent the last 18 months working with some of the most exciting and in demand producers in the UK including Karma Kid, Jordan Rakei, Grades, SG Lewis, Jarreau Vandal and Tom Misch.

Method Records newcomer Phairo recently remixed SG Lewis’ No Less, and followed up by working his magic further on Liv Dawson’s Tapestry, which Annie Mac described as a “synth-laden” mix. All ears over here!

After playing a rip-roaring set at IMS this summer, Juicebox resident Shivas will be on deck for further DJ support. He will also be joined by emerging label SWEETBOYS resident, DJ Name.
