Vernasca-based artist Simone Trabucchi, perhaps better known as Dracula Lewis, operates the DIY label Hundebiss‎, a creative outlet that has delivered us ’2008 / 2011’ VHS – an exclusive collection of Hype Williams’ video works – and James Ferraro’s sci-fi action soundtrack/ movie, ‘Rapture Adrenaline’.

Trabucchi released his second full-length album ‘U$e Your Illu$ion$’ on Hundebiss a little while ago, on which sits a mass of hypnotising dark hip hop and drone experimentations, verging on sci-fi trance and fantasy rap. It’s a sheer high-energy, mind-melting record that oozes a sense of dreamlike yet brutal spirit, making for an intriguing, curious journey.
