Titled I’m Out and billed as the opener to her upcoming fifth album ‘Ciara’ (previously titled ‘One Woman Army’), it’s a righteous, uptempo club track, with a typically unhinged verse from Nicki Minaj who, when re-evaluated against recent efforts by fellow New Yorkers A$AP Rocky and French Montana, is definitely still the star rapper from the city right now.
