Carlos Giffoni has announced that his next 12” will be released on Ford and Lopatin’s Software label this February – and not only that, but will also feature “mechanized piano and synth riffage” from Dummy favourite Laurel Halo .
Giffoni, who is the man behind Brooklyn’s No Fun Productions label and No Fun Fest, recently explored acid house and techno in his 2009/10 No Fun Acid project, which Software claim have given the artist a “newfound and brazen songcraft” on this latest record. The LP is titled Evidence , and will be available to download on Valentine’s Day.
