Brolin - Reykjavik

Introverted electronic pop from a UK musician who dreams of faraway lands.

Brolin is a UK musician, but his new single is named Reykjavik after the city in Iceland. This follows on from tracks named after NYC and Lisboa – we’re not sure why it is that so many UK musicians seem to dream of faraway lands, but the easy response might just be “the weather”. Reykjavik is a seriously good little electronic pop song, an frosty electronic number with all the right touches of heartache and softness. Production duties came from Output/Border Community man Luke Abbott and engineer David Pye.

Double Denim will release the ‘Cundo’ EP on March 25th 2013.
