The nominations for this year’s BRIT Awards were announced last night, causing shock and surprise nowhere. That said, hats must be doffed for the recognition of ‘prince of dubstep’ James Blake for best British male solo artist. Hats un-doffed for the lack of recognition for Katy B in the female solo artist category however. Full nominations below. The awards ceremony will be held on 21st February 2012.
