Bob Dylan is working on a new album

Bob Dylan is back in the studio, reportedly working on his 35th album.

According to a report published yesterday in The Aspen Times , American singer-songwriter David Hidalgo has just finished working on the recording of a new Dylan record in Jackson Browne’s LA studio.

Hidalgo says of the process, and of Dylan himself, “It was a great experience. And different. Each one has been different, all completely different approaches. It’s an amazing thing, how he keeps creativity. I don’t see how he does it.”

Dylan’s last album, the festive record Christmas Through the Heart , was released in 2009, and also featured contributions from Hidalgo.
