Bjork announces new shows in Iceland, while Bon Iver covers her in Milwaukee

Bjork , whose latest album and live project Biophilia is going to be fantastic , has added two new dates to her schedule, which will see her appear in Iceland on the 31st October and 3rd November.

For those lucky enough to be in Iceland, tickets are available here , having gone on sale on Friday 22nd July, with just 700 tickets available for each show. Demand is sure to be high, with Bjork recently finishing her residency at Manchester International Festival to rapturous critical acclaim.

The shows are slated to include a choir of 24 girls, as well as various musical collaborators, who will join Bjork in performing both her new material and much of her beloved back-catalogue. As well as this, the superstar will also be sharing the limelight with a 30 foot pendulum, which harnesses the earth’s gravitational pull to create musical patterns.

Meanwhile, in a recent live show in Milwaukee, Bon Iver covered 2004 Bjork song Who Is It. You can listen to it here, with all the glorious and ethereal qualities you would expect from a mixture of the two artists:
