Azekel - Get It On

Little is known about east London’s Azekel, but his brand new slow jam has got us interested.

Get It On mashes together XXYYXX’s instrumental work Alone with Azekel’s vocals covering the 1971 T-Rex classic Get It On. It’s not the most obvious combination of tracks, but Azekel stitches them together in style and churns out an oozing slow-burner. His vocals perfectly underscores the pitch-shifted snippets of Alone, with the end result being something Weeknd-esque and really, really exciting.
