Remix Azealia Banks, earn £6388

A remix competition for 'Broke With Expensive Taste' track Chasing Time will see the winner - picked by Banks herself - bag $10,000 and an official release.

Fresh from dropping her debut album 'Broke With Expensive Taste' (a record seemingly trapped in major label limbo, now freed), Azealia Banks has partnered with MTV, Soundcloud, and BitTorrent for a chance to remix album track Chasing Time.

The winner of the competition will receive an official release of their remix – as well as $10,000 (or £6338 in GBP, which doesn't quite sound as cool, but still isn't anything to be scoffed at). Winners are apparently gonna be handpicked by Banks herself, and given her own tastes (using beats by Hudson Mohawke, MJ Cole, and Lone in the past, collaborating with Ariel Pink, etc.), this might be a remix competition where less conventional producers actually get a look in.

Head over to BitTorrent or Soundcloud to download stems. The deadline for entries is December 15th.
