Tasty Morsels - Vol. 1 [album stream]

Following on from their excellent compilation ‘Music To Play Tony Hawk To’, net label Tasty Morsels have shared a brand new sampler of their elusive artists, containing 13 lo-fi pop oddballs.

Some of the highlights include Infinite Bisous’ Confused Porn (still one of the best things to come out this year), a new song from Egyptian Hip Hop’s Aldous R H, a druggy sample-based groove track from Alu Gong, a frazzled pop song from nervous karaoke artist Sad Eyes, and a gorgeous psychedelic opening track by Fruit Salad – but to be honest, it’s all excellent. Most excitingly, the compilation is called ‘Vol. 1’, which suggests that there will be more to come. Stream the whole thing below, and download it here.
