slowthai, Rico Nasty and ICECOLDBISHOP feature on Take A Day Trip's 'Lighthouse'
With previous credits including Sheck Wes’ ‘Mo Bamba’ and Lil Nas X’s ‘Panini’, Take A Day Trip are the duo providing the production for some of the biggest hits of late.
Based in New York and with a transatlantic focus, the pair have developed a synergy of US and UK influences in their sound – most recently dropping ‘Lighthouse’, the grime-style heater finding slowthai, Rico Nasty and ICECOLDBISHOP trading bars over a set of heavily blunted and murky sonics.
The single is the latest cut from their upcoming project ‘Take A Day Trip vs. London’, which will see the duo continue their all encompassing US/UK vision, whilst tapping up some of Britain’s biggest artist’s including AJ Tracey and M Huncho.
The tracklist will also feature previously released single ‘Stressed’ starring the BBC Sound of 2019 winner, Octavian.
