Shlohmo - Wen UUU (Salva remix)

Shlohmo’s given us a sneak preview of his track Wen UUU, remixed by Cali beat technician Salva. The track is taken from Shlohmo’s forthcoming EP, due out February 14th on Friends of Friends. Salva has totally reconfigured Shlohmo’s track, transforming it from the ultra-smooth original to a deeper, rolling and nicely textured sound with a lovely lazy momentum.

West coast beatmaker Shlohmo’s EP will also feature remixes from Airhead, Nicolas Jaar and Groundislava as well as the Salva track below, and can be pre-ordered over at the Friends of Friends webshop..

For those readers in London, Shlohmo will be playing this Thursday with West coast beats producers Kutmah and Salva, for the first in a new monthly art and music night from Earnest Endeavours, Sketchbook and Hit+Run at the CAMP in Old Street.
