Galcher Lustwerk is on a roll this year. First he started officially releasing material from his magnificent all-originals mix 100% Galcher, with both Parlay and I Neva Seen getting put out on 12" on his own label, Lustwerk Music. Now, Lustwerk's side project comprising of "music for the open road", Road Hog, brings out another album full of dreamy tracks – best listened to with headphones on to capture the crystal-clear bass.
'On The Lam' follows the first Road Hog release 'D.W.B' which came out this same time last year. Lustwerk has shared East Cleveland from the record, a track teeming with melancholic pads and flittering melodies that would nicely compliment an introspective drive in the dark through the city. Someone on Bandcamp describes the release as "stoner house" which feels pretty apt.
