Premiere: Lorca - Creta Kano (Alt. Mix)

After debuting in 2011 with his 'Moments' EP, Lorca has gone from strength to strength, with further releases on Dummy Records, 2020 and Church. After a brief hiatus since 'Forgive Me Love / Naoko' released early last year on Naked Naked, the Brighton native returns to Breach's label with his 'Creta Kano' EP. A three-track offering, it fuses eyesdown melodies with sharp drum structures, and backs up the fact that Lorca shoudn't leave us hanging for so long again.

A burning standout for us is the alt version of title track Creta Kano, which brings things to a dark and purposeful close. The sound of pure pleasure, it oscillates wildly as glowing synths occupy the foreground, burning out towards the end with a chimey climax.
