Premiere: Lemzly Dale’s ‘High Noon’ is Western movie music for the club

Nestled within that Bristolian scene of dark grimy sounds tailor-made for shadowy club corners, Lemzly Dale has been on the circuit for some time – with his last offering, ‘No Long Talk’, getting reworked by West Country royalty Kahn & Neek, plus recent productions for GHSTLY XXVII and a joint 12" with Modelle on White Peach.

Lemzly's newest solo outing finds him on Sector 7 Sounds (his co-owned label with Boofy) for the gold standard four-tracker ‘Catty’, where Merky Ace has jumped on the lead single

‘High Noon’, which we’re premiering below, drapes some classic Western movie strings over low-end mining, grime-indebted bass, so you can say “howdy” in the dance.

Listen now (and make sure to check the promo video for the EP, it's one of the best we've seen in a while…)

Sector 7 Sounds will release Lemzly Dale's ‘Catty’ EP on vinyl on October 14th, with digital available on November 2nd.
