One quick question: Disclosure

Disclosure are 16 and 19 year old brothers Guy and Howard Lawrence. Croydon residents, theirs is a sound that picks at dubstep and garage to create ethereal tracks of spacious beats and ghostly glitches.

They’ve just put out their debut single on Moshi Moshi, ‘Offline Dexterity/Streetlight Chronicle’ (a song from which is available here), so it seemed like as good a time as any to ask them about criminal law.

Disclosure is a process that can form part of the legal proceedings in a court of law. If you were to put anything on trial in a criminal court, what would it be?

1. Charging a Sub for being ‘Too subby’.
2. Charging Megan Fox for being Megan Fox.
3. Charging the British weather for being so shit.
4. Charging my phone for being smarter than me.
