New Music: Yeti Out - Silk Road Sounds Vol.I

As creative groups from the East and West continue to intertwine both online and offline, international imprint Yeti Out kicks off the year with the launch of their very first compilation; Silk Road Sounds. Inspired by the mythical trade route which connected Asia with Africa, the Middle East and Europe, the project is composed of 12-tracks highlighting emerging underground sounds, resulting in a sonic exchange of cultures.

As well as paying homage to various geographical regions through innovative sampling, the project explores the meaning of 'journey' through an array of auditory gems from artists such as Bohan Phoenix, Roska and Double Clapperz. Listen to the full compilation below.
