Miguel - Do You... (Cashmere Cat Remix)

Miguel’s single Do You… from his album ‘Kaleidoscope Dream’ album has been given a few volts by Cashmere Cat – an Oslo-based producer whose track Aurora stood out on the Pelican Fly’s compilation ‘Feathers’ EP earlier this year. The basic structure of the remix is pretty standard but the way he sets off a hyper-vivid and clear synth arpeggio then layers these other rich melodies underneath it, slowly strips the vocal and spreads it across the mix is just a really good thing.
