Lixo's 'Phoxi' is a forward-thinking club heater

Lixo is Alex Hislop, someone who’s got a proven track record of rooting out some of the most forward-thinking party sounds in the UK capital, whether that be through his parties, radio shows or label as GETME!

The DJ/producer (who recently helmed our 445th Dummy mix) now follows up 2016’s excellent 'Writer's Block’ (featuring Trim) and 2017's ‘Ida’ EP in collaboration with Quays.

Now serving a fresh batch of boundary-stretching club music on ‘Cicada’, the thudding drums and rollicking percussive touches on ‘Phoxi’ (which we’re premiering below) make it a cut not to be overlooked for set inclusion.
