Jericho Noguera's eponymous EP showcases his growing horizons as a songwriter

"It’s a little piece of me and I hope that people find what I’m making exciting..."

The roll out for Jericho Noguera‘s new self-titled EP has seen the Cheltenham-raised artist prove his class across a range of sounds and instruments, perusing subtle jazz flavours with ‘Lips Are Blue’ before sharing his shimmering indie ballad ‘Talking To You’. Today, he finally shares his latest project.

Entitled ‘Jericho Noguera’, the four-track EP eases through a considered blend of future soul, alternative R&B, and indie, to present an ambitious record that spans a range of influences both old and new.

Of the two new tracks included, ‘Let’s Hold Onto This’ leads with a steady and emotional build that touches on hints of gospel with a series of mesmerising vocal harmonies, delivered with a nostalgic sense of acceptance for a love gone by. The second new cut, ‘Elephant in The Room’, is a sultry rumination on romantic tension that merges chorus driven guitar with an atmospheric minimal soundscape.

Combining his previously released singles with some new material, Jericho’s latest EP is his most eclectic to date and showcases the many different sides to his craft as a songwriter and musician. On the project, Jericho says: “This EP became a mini showcase of the music I have to offer. It’s a little piece of me and I hope that people find what I’m making exciting, hopefully they want more.”
