Jaisu - Whiplash Trash

Last week we featured Astral Black's new plans for a series of cassette releases of "supremely talented and criminally overlooked" producers, and spoke to their first featured artist for release, Edinburgh's Jaisu. We've already shared Suite In D Minor from the 'A Short Album' tape, and now here's the excellently named Whiplash Trash, further showing off Jaisu's mastery of the five-samples-a-minute school of beatmaking, but whereas there's something of the cratediggers to acts like Lilacs and Champagne, there's something decidely more fiery and fresh in Jaisu's patchwork beats.
