Howse - VBS

Howse is a new Tri-Angle Records signing, better known as 22 year old Nathaniel Oak from Providence, Rhode Island.

His new EP, Lay Hollow, is due for release in late May. The lead track VBS, which you can hear below, is a hyperactive blend of skittering rhythms, chopped-up vocals and simmering, soaring ambient rave vibes. With elements of jungle, juke, ambient and electronica, the final product is unsettling, intriguing, and very promising.
