Evian Christ returns with colossal trance anthem 'Ultra'

Evian Christ has unveiled ‘Ultra’, his debut track for Warp Records after signing with them back in 2015.

The producer, real name Joshua Leary, last released a solo project in 2014 with ‘Waterfall’ via Tri Angle.

The new track finds Christ delivering his signature noisy style, deconstructing trance sonics and producing something huge-sounding.

Since then he’s been busy making music with Danny Brown, Travis Scott and Kanye West, as well as putting on a series of his infamous Trance Parties.

The accompanying video was directed by David Rudnick and Daniel Swan, assisted by Ocean Cinematographer Chris Bryan and shot at the O’ahu Waimea shorebreak in Hawaii. Watch it below.
