Deadboy - Afrika Starr [Stream]

Bleep.com# have been giving away two free tracks every day this week as part of their collaboration with Sonar Festival, taking place next weekend. Following on from great tracks by Holy Other, Tiger And Woods, Nicolas Jaar among others, today they’ve put up a new song by Numbers-released producer Deadboy. The song in question is Afrika Starr, a quick-moving percussive swirl laced with dramatic synth stabs, falling somewhere in mood between the all-out ravey feel of his last ‘Here’ EP on Numbers, and the haunting slant on garage so evident in his earlier work.
