Champion - Hydra Island/Prince Jammy

For his first release of the year, and since he forayed into grime territory with Crystal Meth, Champion has selected a couple of his live set staples for a white label 12” single on his own Formula Records. A-side Hydra Island is a taut but mellowed opener and B-side Prince Jammy is a lusher, tropical take on his trademark sound but, being Champion DJ staples, both feel like the floor is being pulled from under your feet in a really good way.

Formula Records will release ‘Hydra Island/Prince Jammy’ on 12” white label vinyl on the 27th of April.
