Blawan - Why They Hide Their Bodies Under My Garage

Blawan’s rise and rise through the bass music ranks has been swift. My guess as to why is that in a world where most were doing tunes as gaseous as the genre they were working in, Blawan was making huge acidic bangers – in a world of trembling synth lines, he was getting “KICK DRUM” tattooed on his knuckles. Because as nice as “future garage” or whatever is, sometimes, you just want to jack.

This latest brazenly modern track, ripped from his Boiler Room set, is more evidence of this. Big, with a silly sample and a rumbling bassline, it sounds like a monster in a world of ghosts. No firm word on release, though an EP will be out on Black Sun next month, as Juno reports.
