2:54 – You’re Early

Leather jackets and rock n roll are not done yet, at least that’s what doom-y duo 2:54 appear to be thinking. Steeped in their punk and grunge influences, they do what PJ Harvey did, only a decade later with fuller production and a more morose disposition.

But for those who are sick of the PJ comparisons for any girl with a guitar and have a hankering for something a little less 8-Bit and a little more real, then You’re Early is the ideal antidote to ‘going digital’, however late it may be. It’s out on Fiction on April 4th.
