Premiere: Preditah with C4, P Money, Kozzie and Drifter on Just Jam

The ever-reliable internet broadcasters Just Jam know about grime and, for their latest episode, they invited Preditah down to DJ. The Birmingham-based producer can do impressive things with surprisingly little: making some of the most distinctive and effective instrumentals in recent years with a template of sparse percussion, ripcord basslines, staccato synths and breathless vocal snips on the five EPs he’s put out since 2011.

This set mixes some of his best known tracks like Murking by JME alongside a varied grime selection supported by the classic 2-step instrumentals he grew up on, with his brother C4, chart agitator Kozzie, talented roadman Drifter and the consistently great P Money on the mic. The trademark green screen visuals went particularly big for Arnold Schwarzenegger-led action flicks too.
